As you know, the team of the World Entrepreneurship Forum Junior Edition is under the process of writing the White Book that will be a basis of discussions for the 70 businessmen, politicians and experts of the forum who will be gathered in Evian next November.

This White Book will be released next month and will express the vision of the young generation about the entrepreneur of tomorrow, through the scopes of themes that have been chosen for the forum, the entrepreneur as creator of wealth and social justice as well as Sustainable Entrepreneurship, how can entrepreneurial behaviours contribute to address today's world challenges?

As first insights, we can now share with you that:

   - this White Book will be articulated around 3 main actions that the entrepreneur of tomorrow must take over :
1 Compensate macro phenomena which hinder entrepreneurship and the creation of wealth
2 Revaluate the resources that the entrepreneur uses so as to produce more for more people
3 Balance the effects of issues that maintain inequalities & unbalances regarding how the wealth is sharing out

    - to answer our problematic "how can entrepreunarial behaviours contribute to address today's world challenges", we have subjectively selected the most important issues that the world had to face with:

the management of the demographic transition on a global level, the global warming and the destruction of the ecological environment, the balanced sharing out of wealth, the equality between Women & Men, the overwhelmed role of money and why profit itself is not enough, the free enterprise respected everywhere for everyone, to abolish the work of children and make every child access to a free and open education, the communication between people in a globalised world

We are now in the process to match the main actions of entrepreneurs with these today's world challenges.

Please your opinion with us.....

Looking forward to reading you,

WHO is an entrepreneur? Portraits

What pictures do you have in your mind when you hear the word "Entrepreneur"?

Is there a "profile type" of entrepreneur?

Is he/she a self made man/woman?

Are we speaking about the latest trendy top CEO or the local peasant who is maintaining a life supporting activity?

Help us to define what we are talking about.

Inside the company: how to promote intrapreneurial behavior?

Intrapreneur?

We can act in our daily work as little entrepreneurs running a company at each position of the organizational chart!

Achievements: renewed creativity, innovation, flexibility, autonomy, empowerment... truly a new growth relay for a firm dealing with fierce competition.

Difficulties: a total redefinition of management styles, product life conception, innovation procedures, peer evaluation.

Entrepreneurship as a legal and institutional issue

An entrepreneur is evolving into an environment where legal system, states and institutions are important factors.

Supporting dispositive, incubators, innovation laws can play a key role in an entrepreneurship initiative.

How does this framework influence entrepreneurial behavior and business projects development?

Do the most entrepreneurial countries show a special legal and institutional frame that would explain their vitality?

The entrepreneur of tomorrow as seen by the young generation

The world is changing.

We, the next generation, will be an actor of the evolution of the Business world.

What are we craving for? Are our expectations different from our predecessors'? What have we learnt from them? What have we already forgotten?

"Socrates as an entrepreneur": can entrepreneurship be taught and transmitted?
  • Transmission: How can one become an entrepreneur? Is there any "entrepreneurship's vein "?
  • Tata dynasty, The Rothschilds & Entrepreneurship as a legacy: Does entrepreneurship deal with lineage?
  • Entrepreneurship & Knowledge: Can Entrepreneurship be taught? If then what kind of teaching tools might be used? Can anyone have free access to Entrepreneurship?
Social and Business Entrepreneurs: entrepreneurs and social wellbeing

Social justice, wealth repartition, such matters have been traditionally handled by the State.

Nevertheless, this mission has become more and more difficult to achieve in many countries.

How can entrepreneurs contribute to the social prosperity and equality?

"This is a man's world?": the role of women entrepreneurs

Sisters, what can you teach us about entrepreneurship?

Do you have special ways to do so? A 6th sense of entrepreneurship?

The poet says "21st century is women century today we add: through entrepreneurship?

"When money is the key": Micro financing and individual initiatives among developing countries?

Here we will not be talking about nuclear power plant or mega plane financing.

We will be talking about how a few cash can change a life through a smart sustainable financing system.

Let's share knowledge, experience and opinions on these warm spots and their actions.

"The third way": The entrepreneur's role as a new player

All over developing countries, men and women are starting their own business.

Neither consistent institutional frame nor any resources are available.

How these entrepreneurs can help to define a new model of entrepreneurship in a world facing institutional crisis, resources shortage and growing inequality?
